One of the highlights of GPL 2019 was the recognition of ordinary people who lead extraordinary lives, from among the GSB Community.  These were ordinary people from the community across the state and country, from across age groups and genders doing extraordinary things to transform the lives of their less fortunate brethren. The objective was to spread the message to the GSB community, that service to society has its rewards and that these unsung heroes / heroines can feel proud about making a difference.  More than 40 members of the community from various fields were honoured.
