But at the GPL 2019, the community went beyond their own cuisine to provide a taste of Mangalore to its guests.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Idli Sambar, Samosa, Cut Fruit, Ideal Ice Cream, Lassi, Buttermilk, Appam Kurma, Ghee Rice, Panneer Masala, Gobi Manchuri, Baby \u00a0corn rava fry, Kichidi, Kerala Puttu Curry, Ragi Mudde Sambar, Panneer Tawa fry, \u00a0Maggi, Fruit Punch, Popcorn, Potato Twister, Semige, Dalitoy, Gola, Vadapav, Charmuri, Cotton Candy, Hangyo Softee, Mushroom Masala Dosa, Sugarcane juice, Mocktails, Natural Ice creams, \u00a0Hangyo\u2019s Milk Shakes, Rumali Rotis, Shimla Mirsang, Chats like Shev Puri, Pani Puri at the chat counter grabbed centre stage at the food court.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">All of these and more were provided to all who attended the GPL free of cost by three of the biggest names in cuisine in Mangalore \u2013 Maharaja\u2019s Restaurant, Kamath Caterers and Shreya Sweets!\u00a0 What astonished the guests was that they could have their stomach\u2019s fill throughout the 36 hours that the GPL was hosted \u2013 be it midnight or the early hours of the morning \u2013 whether 2 am or 4 am!<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">This sumptuous food court \u00a0was organized by Vignesh Nayak and team.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Entry to the event of course was only by invitation, and in keeping with the community\u2019s dalliance and involvement with technology, all invites were bar-coded and entry was barred for those whose codes could not be deciphered.
